I am sponsoring Jac from Crackerjack Paddle Sports by training her for upcoming competitions, I am just LOVING our sessions together.
There is a lot of focus on conditioning the body as an integrated whole, to be strong, powerful, balanced, agile and fluid in motion both on and off the water.
I am off on a adventure for a couple of days and will be missing our sessions together this week. I promised I would put together a session that she could do without me, but it still be just as fun and challenging as if I was there with her in the room.
So I thought why not share the love with you guys! Here is a paddle board athlete inspired session for you to try (if it is within your threshold of course! Check in and see where you are at).
You will need;
A set of dumbbells or a load that you can perform the movements with effectively. (These movements are designed to recruit the body as an integrated system so dont go too heavy)
WARM UP then perform as a circuit each movement 30-60 seconds depending on how you are feeling that day. Repeat 3 - 4 rounds, with a recovery in between.
